French Author Visits & Creative Literacy Workshops

Invite francophone author and illustrator Lise Boullard, creator of the Real Life Pets and Urban Animals children's books series, to your school, library, preschool, or community organization for an engaging and interactive literacy experience. 

Students will enjoy a lively storytime, learn about the creative process behind children's books, and participate in a guided drawing activity inspired by the story.

Recent School Visit

Recently, Lise visited École Bois-Joli in Tsawwassen, where she read two of her French children's books to elementary students and led a drawing workshop following each reading.

Students were highly engaged throughout the session and were excited to present their drawings to the entire class at the end of the 45-minute workshop.
